Terms & Conditions of Sale
1. SELLER
The INDOTITANS online store (indotitans.com) is operated by Theo BONIFACE EI (sole trader), trading as INDOTITANS. Registered with the Trade and Companies Register of Salon-de-Provence under number 984 509 562 (SIREN 984 509 562). Registered address: 1 Avenue Forbin de Janson, 13610 Saint-Estève-Janson, France. 2. SCOPE
These terms apply to sales of physical and digital products made through indotitans.com. The version presented and accepted at the time of purchase applies to that order.
3. PRODUCTS
We sell physical products (apparel, sports items, and accessories) and downloadable digital products (ebooks and training programs). Each product page describes the product's essential characteristics. Product photos are as accurate as possible, but colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Our training programs are general educational content, not medical advice. Consult a doctor before starting any physical training. Parents remain responsible for supervising their children during any activity.
4. PRICES
Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the product page and at checkout. Shipping costs are shown before the order is confirmed. The price that applies is the price displayed when the order is placed. Prices are shown excluding VAT: INDOTITANS is not subject to VAT (article 293 B of the French General Tax Code). Import VAT, customs duties and any other local taxes or fees charged by the destination country are not included in the price and are payable by the customer.
5. ORDERS
An order is submitted when the customer completes checkout. It is confirmed after successful payment, when an order confirmation is sent by email. If an order cannot be fulfilled because of a stock error or a failed or reversed payment, the customer will be informed and any amount collected for the unavailable order will be refunded.
6. PAYMENT
Payment is taken at the time of order through Stripe, by card or by any other method offered at checkout. We never have access to your card details.
7. DELIVERY
Delivery availability, costs and estimates are shown at checkout and described in the Shipping Policy. Physical products are shipped from Thailand. International deliveries may be affected by customs clearance or local carrier delays. Import duties, taxes or fees may be charged by the destination country. Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer when the customer, or a person they designate, takes physical possession of the parcel. Access details for digital products are sent after payment is confirmed.
8. RETURNS
A return may be requested within 14 days of delivery when an item is unused, unworn and in its original condition with all original tags attached. Contact to.boniface@gmail.com before returning an item. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or the wrong product was sent. The return address is confirmed in the reply to your return request, so please contact us before posting an item back.
9. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Physical products: you have 14 days from receipt of your order to withdraw without giving any reason. Notify us at to.boniface@gmail.com and return the items within 14 days of your notice, unworn and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Digital content and online programs: access is provided immediately after purchase. At checkout you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once access has been provided.
10. REFUNDS
Once a return is received and inspected, the customer will be informed whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued through the original payment method within 14 days of your withdrawal notice, and cover the price of the items and the standard shipping costs of the original order. We may withhold the refund until we have received the items.
11. GUARANTEES
You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, which lasts 2 years from delivery for goods and for the duration of supply for digital content, and from the guarantee against hidden defects. To make a claim under either guarantee, contact to.boniface@gmail.com. Products also remain subject to any mandatory guarantees and non-excludable consumer protections applicable to the customer.
12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this site belongs to Indotitans, including texts, videos, programs, logos, and designs. When you buy a digital product, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use it. You may not share, resell, or republish it.
13. LIABILITY
INDOTITANS is not liable for damage resulting from misuse of a product or from failure to follow its care instructions. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer or the protection of any mandatory consumer rule that cannot lawfully be excluded.

16. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by French law. This choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence. If no amicable solution is found, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts. Nothing in these terms removes any mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
